World Bank Group — PEDP4
Annual Fiduciary Review of PEDP4, DPE, covering FM & PPR. Managerial role, 2021–22.
Public-sector fiduciary · FM · PPRA curated view of client and engagement experience developed during my tenure at Mahamud Sabuj & Co., Chartered Accountants — spanning assurance, financial due diligence, valuation, feasibility, regulatory reporting, tax & VAT, internal audit and sector-specific finance.
My professional-practice foundation was built at Mahamud Sabuj & Co., Chartered Accountants, where I progressed from CA Articleship to Manager and then Associate Director.
The work was deliberately broad: statutory audit, development-sector assignments, FDD and valuation, feasibility analysis, internal and process audit, regulatory reporting, tax and VAT, and financial statement preparation.
The client portfolio should be read together with increasing engagement responsibility — not as a static list of names.
Associate → In-Charge → Managerial responsibility across progressively complex engagements, including statutory audit, FDD/valuation, feasibility and regulatory assignments.
This foundation now complements my corporate role at PRAN-RFL Group, where I apply the same analytical discipline from inside the business.

For international audit, advisory, transaction services, risk, CFO advisory and financial reporting roles, the strongest story is the combination of technical assurance + transaction-oriented analysis + sector breadth + client responsibility.
Statutory audit experience across banking, manufacturing, FMCG, utilities, NGOs, ITES, construction and other sectors builds a broad financial-reporting and controls foundation.
Financial due diligence, valuation, feasibility and Statement of Financial Position preparation provide a transaction/advisory narrative beyond conventional audit.
Assignments included reporting to PwC Pakistan and BDO Australia, providing experience operating within external-firm reporting expectations.
Repeated In-Charge and Managerial roles demonstrate engagement ownership, review responsibility, client interaction and delivery accountability.
Bangladesh Bank, NGOAB, NBR, FD and RJSC-related work strengthens local regulatory and statutory-reporting capability.
Moving across financial institutions, manufacturing, consumer, healthcare, infrastructure, utilities and technology demonstrates transferable analytical capability.
The subsequent PRAN-RFL role adds an important dimension: applying assurance and analytical skills from inside a large manufacturing group.
Current corporate finance leadership connects historical audit/advisory discipline with pricing, costing, FP&A, inventory, CAPEX and business partnering.
Exposure across statutory audit, financial statements, IFRS/IAS-oriented reporting, internal controls and regulatory compliance creates a credible technical foundation for senior finance and assurance roles.
FDD, valuation, feasibility, investment analysis and management reporting show an ability to connect financial information with commercial and strategic questions.
Managerial and In-Charge assignments demonstrate responsibility for delivery, review, analysis and stakeholder interaction rather than only task execution.
Reporting to PwC Pakistan and BDO Australia is a useful international-exposure signal when positioning for multinational professional-services environments.
Manufacturing, polymer, ceramics, cement, packaging and corporate clients create a natural bridge to the current PRAN-RFL manufacturing-finance role.
The strongest career narrative is the progression from professional practice to hands-on corporate finance leadership — a profile that can travel across assurance, advisory and CFO-track roles.
My professional-practice experience now complements my current PRAN-RFL Group finance leadership — combining external assurance discipline with internal commercial ownership.
