Assurance
Audit, advisory, due diligence and development-sector assignments.
I'm Md. Ruhul Amin, ACA, ACMA — a finance professional combining chartered accountancy, management accounting, technology and operational leadership to turn complex numbers into better decisions.

My career started in accounting and assurance and evolved into hands-on corporate finance leadership. Today I work at the intersection of finance, operations, technology and decision-making.
I hold both ACA (ICAB) and ACMA (ICMAB), completed without subject exemptions, backed by a BBA in Accounting & Information Systems from Comilla University.
Audit, advisory, due diligence and development-sector assignments.
Built and led a 32-member assurance team and scalable engagement operations.
Moved from professional practice into multi-entity manufacturing finance.
ERP, analytics and automation as practical finance tools — not buzzwords.
Each chapter added a different lens: assurance, advisory, management accounting, operations and leadership.
Finance leadership across four business units: RFL Plastics, Rainbow Paints, RFL Glass and Advance Trims Solution Bangladesh Ltd. Scope spans financial control, FP&A, costing, pricing, budgets, CAPEX, inventory, working capital and business partnering.

Strategic merger / consolidation screening.
Modelled for inventory and working-capital decisions.
Team built and led in assurance practice.
Investment feasibility thinking: CAPEX, depreciation, financing, power, labour, freight, working capital, NPV, IRR and payback.
Pricing decisions connecting imported raw materials, taxes, freight, inventory and margin recovery.
World Bank and ADB-linked assignments combining financial, economic and implementation analysis.
I bring a combination that is designed for organizations where finance must influence the business — not simply report what has already happened.
My value comes from connecting financial control, profitability, operations, data and commercial decisions into one management view.
Strengthen costing, pricing, contribution-margin analysis and cost-driver visibility so commercial decisions reflect real economics.
Build stronger reporting, controls, reconciliations, compliance discipline and management information across multi-entity operations.
Use inventory, receivables, procurement and production analytics to identify avoidable carrying costs, leakage and working-capital pressure.
Evaluate expansion, new products and integration opportunities through financial models, NPV, IRR, payback and operating economics.
Translate Oracle EBS, Excel, Power BI and SQL data into decision-ready dashboards, KPIs and practical finance workflows.
Combine technical accounting discipline with team leadership, cross-functional partnering and a business-first operating mindset.
Employers, recruiters and hiring managers can ask about my experience, leadership, manufacturing-finance exposure, technical qualifications, achievements and the value I can create for an organization.
Leadership for me is not a title. It is the ability to make a finance function clearer, faster and more useful to the business.
My professional journey includes team building, engagement management, cross-functional partnering and participation in professional-body committees.
